How do you enable friendly player nameplates in raids/dungeons? (plater)

Please see the image attached, I can only see the default lizzard one.

Can't use custom-friendly nameplates in instanced PvE. That was a blizzard restriction some expansions ago. No addon can bypass it.

Its kind of dumb to have a great threat plate type mod that shows heals etc on your party outside of dungeons yet it goes away inside

It is what it is. I wasn't a fan of it when I played in legion as a healer because the default nameplates look ugly AF (imo).
