Does anything change for frost mages in patch 9.0.5?

Now that the patch is official I’m curious if Necrolord will beat Venthyr or if the new updates to the legendaries changes anything for us?

Is there even a place where this is discussed?

Anyway Necrolord is nice 3t sustained? That's about it. Venthyr is still ahead in ST by a mile and a half, 5t is dead even across all covs, legendary choices don't change.

Mage isn't a spec it's a class. He said does anything change for MAGE not fire...or frost....or arcane specifically but mage. And firemage is one of the least brain dead specs, let me guess you play a balance druid
