Hello!

In the interest of keeping a game going and allowing Kryllian to take his time to get his game ready next week, I'm doing a interim game. It will be Kingmaker. Rules below:

1. Day will have a 24 hour timer on it. Before the end of day, whoever is King will Execute: Player. This will end day and start night. If King does not execute before the timer is up, the King will be killed instead.
2. During the night, the Kingmaker will choose a main King and backup King. Kings cannot be repeated until less than 5 players remaining. If Kingmaker is killed, another townie is promoted to Kingmaker.
3. Night will be 24 hours or until kill and kingmaker are chosen
4. Votes will not count towards lynch, but will show up on a vote count to show what the town wants to do.

Roles:

King: Can choose to execute a player and end day. They are demoted during the night and a new King assigned by Kingmaker.

Kingmaker: Chooses a main and backup King for next day. If Kingmaker is killed, their choices stand and a new Kingmaker is randomly assigned from the town members. Cannot choose a duplicate King until less than 5 players remain.

Hero: If they are chosen to be executed, the King dies instead. (Keep this secret and don't claim damnit)

Assassins: Typical mafia with an NK. Assassins can be promoted to King for the day and control the lynch.

Villagers: Standard VT

Possible Role: Anarchist - One use only - Demotes the King and turns the game into a standard lynch by posting in the first six hours of day. Majority takes effect that day.

Possible Role: Knight - Basically a doctor.

Never played this setup. I’m planning to drive home Tuesday/Wed with a stopover in Nebraska so not sure the game style is good being gone long stretches. Make me a backup. For real. Lol
