Diablo III blurry when moving

I bought a new computer and ironically this made Diablo III unplayable
I have 100 FPS But everything gets blurry when I move, while FPS is still at 100.

Tried max settings, lowest settings, vsync on/off and nothing helps.

Anyone happen to know what might be wrong?

I found a rater annoying way to fix it. If I turn off the FPS cap and let the game render lie 400-500 FPS I get smooth gameplay while the GFX fans blow at 100%.

Feels so silly to stress the gfx card to push that much FPS for a 100 Hz screen but the only way to get smooth FPS....

(This is the only game that gives me this problem)
