Scorch sub 30%

Is it scorch → scorch → isnta pyro and ignore fireblast? Or is it scorch → FB → insta pyro , repeat? Or is it FB → FB (if possible) → insta pyro, scorch scorch

Basically the question is do I use FBs or not during scorch window?

If Combustion's coming off cooldown soon, then you wanna combust with 3 charges of FB.
If not, then FB away (scorch → FB → insta pyro)
