I can't seem to find the vendor to turn the marks in for rep/xp and I'm not sure if I missed something. Can you not gain XP via PVP anymore?
Boosted a character to 58 and was going to PVP my last 2 XP bars.

The BG-specific quests are gone (to turn in marks). Just the daily CTA and the multi-mark turn in that requires EOTS marks.
