Thumbs up 9.1 is a very great patch

I'm enjoying 9.1. It reminds me a lot of 5.1 and 5.2. With many rares to farm, a lot of new collectibles, Mythic + fixes that were well needed, interesting quests and storyline, and on Tuesday we get a great new raid with the confrontation with the quality and hype along the lines of finally fighting Garrosh and Arthas and a new mega dungeon which are always fun. The Tyrande cinematic was superb! To the haters of 9.1, I don't see where your hate is steaming from at all. Thank you Blizzard. Keep up the good work!!

Almost as if you chose not to read/participate in the dozens of other threads already supporting or hating on the patch... and decided to instead just stir the bait pot.

You wouldn't do that, though. Completely out of character for you.

Haters rarely quit because they actually hate the game. They hate their addiction. I've never seen this game truly be terrible: but I've seen it a lot of times being boring to me or having burned me out: few people want to admit addiction or boredom because they would admit a personal fault so they prefer to blame it on "OMG 9.1 IS THE WORST PATCH EVER CREATED AND THE GAME IS NOW THE WORST EVER OMG BRING BACK VANILLA/TBC/MOP/LEGION" and other such nonsense that I've seen played on and on since early TBC (literally (people hated even that)).

What's the point of thanking Blizzard and encouraging them in a place that Blizzard doesn't even know about?
The Void. A force of infinite hunger. Its whispers have broken the will of dragons... and lured even the titans' own children into madness. Sages and scholars fear the Void. But we understand a truth they do not. That the Void is a power to be harnessed... to be bent by a will strong enough to command it. The Void has shaped us... changed us. But you will become its master. Wield the shadows as a weapon to save our world... and defend the Alliance!

Do you honestly believe no one at Blizzard is aware of the biggest fan site for their game?

What are you saying? Of course Blizzard acknowledges the existence of Wowhead, the biggest WoW fansite, so much so that Blizzard even redirects new players to Wowhead on the loading screen tips. But I was talking about MMOChampion in case you hadn't noticed.

It seems that the majority are happy as long as they get a good raid and 5 man. That is wow today, and thats cool, but I wish other content also was near as good quality.

This has always been WoW and that's good. Classic and TBC Classic have shown us that the game wasn't that different back then.

I think their WoW community department is more busy reading the official forums, official subreddit, official twitter, official discord, their official facebook, and their official instagram.

The excuse an already bad company gave to save face... Like EA and CDProjekt... COVID isn't responsible for the downfall of an already horrible developing company. The game has been in decline for a while. So unless COVID has been around since WoD, sure, COVID -_-

that was wow pretty much since begining...
think about wrath which was considered "best" expansion and was definitely peak of wow, what did patches add? 3.1 raid and dailies, 3.2 tiny raid tiny dung and dailies, 3.3 raid, dungeons...

So developers of critically acclaimed mmorpg final fantasy XIV are bad company as well?

Also remember guys: if sales of expansion on launch goes like that: 3.3M -> 3.3M -> 3.4M -> 3.7M, you are in decline.

The WoW community in a nutshell:

But for real, we've had worse patches. I'm happy with 9.1 so far.
