Eh, I was 28 before I got my driving licence.

Funny story is I actually burried my gran, whom I lived with for 8 years, 2 hours before my driving test and passed with only 4 minors.

I'm 32 and can't even get a license. I have bad depression, which leads to a lack of focus, which leads to bad accidents.

I guess we have different mindsets there. I used my pain, anger and depression as a focus. I used the negative emotions to fuel me.

I used to think that as well. Infact, I only did it as a bet. A friend on mines complained that it took her 2 years, and i jokingly said I could do it in 2 months, to which she replied that I couldn't. I started lessons just after my sisters 21st birthday party. Her party was the Saturday, I started my lessons on the Monday (13th feb), passed my test on 5th April, so 7 weeks. I won that bet.....

So glad I did it though.

Having negative emotion doesn't means you are depressed tho. People love to self diagnose depression, but it's a quite specific illness.
