Currently I’m sick so my breaks are for about 22 hours long and these two hours I try or at least pretend that I study. Usually, I study for one hour then take 15-30 minutes break and keep going like this till I finish my task.

Lunch break for an hour whenever (no scheduled time, but people usually take their break at 12-01).
Other than that, people are free to stretch their legs whenever there's nothing to do (since we work with client orders, there's nothing to do at times depending on number of orders and/or if the workflow is at your end currently or not, so perfect to stretch your legs and grab a tea or something).
At my work, in principle, if you are not busy, you can be distracted at any moment.

For me, personally, I find that working with a small number of people has its advantages. It allows me to have a clear understanding of when tasks will be completed and fosters closer relationships among team members. That's why I prioritize selecting highly qualified specialists for my team.

By keeping the team small, I can ensure efficient communication and coordination. With a smaller group, it becomes easier to align everyone's schedules and prioritize tasks accordingly. This streamlined approach leads to better productivity and a more predictable timeline for project completion.

Moreover, working closely with a select group of highly skilled specialists fosters a stronger sense of camaraderie and collaboration. We get to know each other's strengths and weaknesses, which allows us to leverage our individual expertise and work together more effectively. This not only enhances the quality of our work but also cultivates a positive and supportive work environment.

At my job, our break schedule is pretty structured. We're given one 15-minute break in the morning, then a lunch break of one hour, and finally, another 15-minute break in the afternoon. However, the flexibility depends on the day and the amount of work to be done.

As a business owner, I can often set my own schedule and work on my terms. It is one of the benefits of starting business. I'm glad that I chose LLC company to reduce the risks and have flexibility in how I'm taxed. I found a guide with all info about how to start llc in colorado. The filing fee to create an LLC in Colorado is $50, and a periodic report fee of $10 is due annually. This provide a better work-life balance and accommodate my personal needs.

One hour break for a lunch. Then a concert in the evening.
