ilvl Bracketed RBGs?

Basically...

I keep seeing in RBGs people complaining about other players whom are around ilvl190s expecting to compete with characters around the +250ilvl?

Would it be bad if there were brackets? (190-200 -> 200-210 -> 210-220 -> etc etc)
By bad what I am referring to is 'que times', would this strategy increase que times for certain brackets...?
But by contrast would it not make the matches more even?

There would have to be something implemented to prevent players once entering the RBG from changing their gear to something beyond the top ilvl of the bracket that they are within.

this idea has been brought up before along with variations and blizz has posted on it before and why they won't do it.

- one was gear brackets and that would cause players to farm exact brackets creating twinks brackets where certain classes and specs would stay. a 190 hero at 250+ could be a zero. they would twink to the limit that casuals passing thru would not do, facing a wall. PVP would still be toxic and overwhelming for casuals as it is now with 184 or lower geared players going into a BG facing 230-250+ players, no chance due to gear hyper inflation, abilities, trinkets and more.
- MMR restricting brackets, been tried and failed, players game the system no matter what blizz does. why we have boosting, you go into certain MMRs and you have classes like DH"s, rets, etc dominating at 1700 range making it really tough to get thru, alot never make it thru on their own and give up

blizzard has a XP off system for twinks to only face geared XP off twinks, every time blizz figures out and fixes them exploiting into a XP on leveling BG, a patch or new expac comes out and breaks their fix, now players are exploiting again wearing gear with full enchants, 10-23 gems, farmed BIS gear, prof items levelers normally would not have.

players at 250+ would also do the same, use alt accounts to scale into the 190 bracket. thru a system blizz has in place so friends...yeah play with their friends
