i want searing totem back. loved it
searing totem was preaty annoying.
Just if it works in a different way then the old one.
I could get behind this, as it legit is just Searing totem with zero of the totem system drawbacks
The flip side of this is, no cool fire totem art baseline for any shamans, and yet another source of small dmg rather than big meaty hits (a large complaint over the years about Enhance is how our dmg comes from too many sources).

Sorry, didnt know that. I checked it and youre right. But cause you never see any enhancers (doesnt matter if pvp, m+ or raids) and i dont play shaman atm i didnt noticed that.
But i guess its not that strong as it was back in legion. Otherwise i would have seen some in rbg...
Enhance has never been strong in RBG, except maybe Cata or WoD --- and even then it was a gimmick spec that padded significant AoE using poor game design (100 yard range fire novas --- Flame Shocks stacking to 7 day duration because of glyphs, etc. etc.)
Ele or Resto are the rbg specs of choice for RBG.

Just image talent that allows you to place 1 totem on your shoulder, so that enemy can't destroy it, and you would be carrying it over while you moving, so center of its effect would be always your body.
Something aka toggle buff button, with condition of place Earth/Water/Fire/Wind type totem on your shoulder, using same type of totem overwrites previous one. Example: lets say we chose to place Fire type totems on shoulder, then Water/Earth/Wind type would be still placed on the ground.
With ICD of this skill for swapping between elements being like 20 sec.
Thus allowing us to carry Capacitor Totem, if we set this skill to Wind type totems.

MoP was same issue as Shadowlands --- we had one burst cooldown that people could easily play defensives around, or immediately disarm. The boon of Enhance in MoP was that there were still some leftovers of survivability with certain glyphs, and Enhance could be surprisingly tanky to live long enough to do its kamehameha ascendance blast.
For arenas it was solid, but for rbgs I can't comment. WoD is the one I was thinking of though, which was absolutely nutty. How that kit made live was ridiculous. 7 day flame shock debuffs, and you can keep popping nova from graveyard to hit people in middle of the map in EotS. Yikes...
