Well, yes and no. If the allegations are to be believed, the heads over at Activision let this stuff to continue happening. They've been the same company for 14 years now, so it's not like this is strictly a Blizzard or Activision thing at this point.

It's not a strictly blizzard but it's been a problem before activison was ever in the picture and the heads of blizzard also let it continue with people coming forward saying Mike threaten reprisals when people came forward to him about this stuff.
