Just love it.
Just love it.
If they had this much merry to do the game
That was stupid and fun.
Only thing I can complain about is the shitty looking armor. I know cosplayers who do better than that xD But that's me being nitpicky :P
-Then how are they supposed to kill the bosses?
-They cant! they dont even make it past middle management.
(so good )
I thought it was good. Not as good as the original classic commercial but better than a lot of the other stuff they produced.
Godawful cringe. At least they know who their target audience is.
this was cringeworthy and really sad... it makes me want to not want to resub for dragonflight
To whom is may concern, if you took the video seriously then your problem is you. Sometimes there is no hidden agenda, accept the laughs and smiles you find because they are getting harder to come by.
This is a signature of an ailing giant, boundless in pride, wit and strength.
Yet also as humble as health and humor permit.
Furthermore, I consider that Carthage Slam must be destroyed.
Eh, it was okay...ish, I guess. It tried a bit too hard to be meta and therefore was not consistent within it's own world. No one in Azeroth talks about looting bosses, that is just gamer talk, so it undermines the whole "come play our game to escape reality, we have adventures in another world for you" angle. On the other hand I don't think the humor here was really self-referential, it was just standard escapism talk that parodies some of the most obvious aspects of modern day life. Thinking they'd rebelled against themself here after they've released diablo immoral in the form they did is pretty much just wishful thinking. I would also say that they did not try to insult their players, well besides maybe aiming their message at unsuccessful people stuck in the throes of modern life as a bid to gain them as future customers.
So all in all it was kinda... meh. Neither here nor there. It would have probably worked better like 15 years ago when the mood was better.
So glad they seem to be going back to their roots with the new xpack, basic high fantasy. No afterlife weird abstract BS.
