Still a work in progress? I mean, were you honestly expecting all heritage armors available within the same time frame?

No, but they did say they were looking to get released in x.5 patches and we didn't see a single one in Shadowlands. Then again, neither did the Brawler's Guild which makes you wonder if these things were abandoned as concepts. Originally Posted by Gehco

If I'm being honest, I kind of think Blizzard has just decided not to make any more. Just like Allied Races, I don't think Blizzard seemed to have an actual long-term vision for this stuff, and it all got left behind as "BFA features". I think they look at the Warfront gear as "good enough" for those races, so I think it's all just VERY much on the back-burner, if it ever gets implemented at all.
