I voted Ethereal. I've wanted them in the game since TBC, I just think they're pretty cool. Interesting history that can be built on and lots of options for customization and whatnot. Runner up choices would be Vrykul, Ogres, Murlocs, and Mok'nathal.

With addition of really evil playable faction, faction-war would at least have some sense, as of now "horde" filled with ex-Alliance, Alliance defacto, and demihumans that have rightful right to ask for a membership inside of Alliance.


And what can be better than Mantid Void Priest, with some old god worshipper as racial trait and passive bonuses. And while at that, if they were in power to introduce us bipedal human sized Dragonalike creature, why not bipedal human sized Nerubian - they would be very interesting as underground kingdom nobility, just image Spider King Arachnee or even a Queen.

Yup. The bigger challenge in my rewrites is making an evil faction playable and progressive. (And keeping it all interesting)

The Nerubians have proven capable of rejecting ayogg-Saron, they would be an interesting option. And Y'shaarj remains technically dead at present, so they too should have some amongst them that can function individualistically.
