    Queen Elizabeth passes away

The entire family has gathered at the Balmoral Castle. Doesn't sound promising at all. The Queen was 96 and has served in WW2 as a mechanic leaving her to be the last head of state to fight in a World War.

The Washington Post has posted this to YouTube despite her being alive at the time.

This is so sad, what an incredible ambassador she has been for the UK and Commonwealth.

Sadly, I doubt we will ever see another like her.

    Rest in peace good lady.

She didn't fought in WW2. But it's always sad if a person dies. She will be missed by people who love the royals

King Charles and Liz Truss. That will be a cocktail for disaster. A 73 year old rookie king.

IIRC, some territories succeed from UK upon her death but I may be wrong.

She may not have fought, but she did indeed serve in the armed forces during WWII, as a mechanic. You won't find a lot of women being put into front-line combat positions during that era, so it's kind of a weird criticism.

No she wasn't. She may visited some of them. Where she was met with boos. She may posed as a mechanic for a photos or two but even so, if she really was a mechanic she didn't fought in the war.
    Nice form of royal propaganda.

It feels weird to say that England has a King. Just bizarre.

Were royals EVER put on the front lines AKA biggest danger?

    So close to max lvl.
Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.
