    Primal Ritual Shell

    Anyone used the trinket Primal Ritual Shell and which effect did you pick? Got it last night and can't make my mind up on which effect would be better, I'm doing mainly normal raid and mid mythics.

    The heal effect is pretty strong. It amounts to ~7% of my overall HPS while healing in m+.
