Today we are taking a look at the new group content coming in Patch 10.0.5, The Storm's Fury.

Location
The Storm's Fury Event takes place inside the Primalist Future found through the portal located in Southeastern Thaldraszus coordinates 59, 81 at the Temporal Conflux.

In order to unlock the event, you must find Zawarudu on top of the Seat of the Aspects in Valdakken. He will give you the quest Storm Warning, which has you find Soridormi inside The Primalist Future. She needs your help as the Primalists there have begun to take over, and the timeline must be protected. She then gives you the quest Resisting the Storm, which has you complete the event.

The map of the event looks very much like the Temporal Conflux area of Thaldraszus, just covered in snow and taken over by Primalists. The event is basically a harder version of the regular Primalist Invasions found throughout the Dragon Isles.

• There are rare spawns all over the map.
• There are four portals marked on the map where you must defeat enemies nearby them to close the portal. Defeating enough forces closes the portal, but they must still be defended as failure to do so can reactivate them over time.
• Once all portals are closed, the boss located at the skull icon becomes active.

The gimmick of this event is that you will gain a stacks of a debuff called Freezing, which adds a stack every five seconds. In order to counter this debuff, players must find sources to gain the Warmth buff. This is done by standing near sources of heat. These are found by players dropping using items purchased in the area. You gain a stack of Warmth every 2 seconds while near a heat source, and each stack will negate a stack of Freezing. A heat source will also spawn where a portal is closed.

The Storm's Fury Vendors and Rewards
There are two vendors located in the hub of the Primalist Future.

• Tarnormu - Sells useable items for gold for use during The Storm's Fury Event.
  
  • Field Deployable Heat Source - Use: Builds a fire that provides a source of Warmth to nearby allies for 15 sec. Only usable within the Primalist Future during the Storm's Fury event.
  • Armaments of the Scale - Use: Arms a Timewalker Resistance Defender with armaments that restore health when deeply wounded and provide a chance to stun their target. Only usable upon a Timewalker Resistance Defender within the Primalist Future during the Storm's Fury event.
• Brendormi - Sells rewards for the currencies Essence of the Storm and Elemental Overflow earned through Primalist Invasions and The Storm's Fury events.
  
  • Chronologically Unstable Loop - Ring with the effect: Harness the heat of the unhinged timelines during the Storm's Fury event in the Primalist Future to remove one stack of Freezing every 11 seconds.
    
    • Purchased with 23 Essence of the Storm and 525 Elemental Overflow
  • Bronze Band of Destinies - Ring with the effect: Harness the heat of the unhinged timelines during the Storm's Fury event in the Primalist Future to remove one stack of Freezing every 11 seconds.
    
    • Purchased with 23 Essence of the Storm and 525 Elemental Overflow
  • Heat of Primal Winter - Neck with the ability Use: Builds a fire that provides a source of Warmth to nearby allies for 15 sec. Only usable within the Primalist Future during the Storm's Fury event.
    
    • Purchased with 30 Essence of the Storm and 750 Elemental Overflow
  • Sands of Temporal Perfection - Trinket with the effect: Your spells and abilities have a low chance to create a Temporal Pocket near your location for until cancelled. Standing within the pocket grants you 2,582 Haste and 7,807 rapidly decaying movement speed. (Approximately 1 procs per minute).
    
    • Purchased with 45 Essence of the Storm and 1000 Elemental Overflow
  • Stormed Primalist Cache - Contains a Storm Sigil, Dragon Isles Supplies, Primalist treasures, and a chance for cosmetic Primalist weapons and armor.
    
    • Purchased with 30 Essence of the Storm
  • Chasing Storm - Toy that has Use: Summon a storm to chase an allied target! (5 min cooldown).
    
    • Purchased with 75 Essence of the Storm and 1200 Elemental Overflow
  • Time-Lost Vorquin Foal - Pet
    
    • Purchased with 105 Essence of the Storm and 1500 Elemental Overflow
  • Skyskin Hornstrider - Mount
    
    • Purchased with 150 Essence of the Storm and 3000 Elemental Overflow

I am at the NPC right now and the items are lvl 389. Both for my warlock with ilvl 398 and my hunter with ilvl 377. Not sure where the 372 came from.
