    With that budget you not getting much more.

    Try this;
    I5 12400, around 240€
    New mobo, LGA1700 (DDR4) around 120€
    16GB DDR4 (2x8), around 70€

    And you can reuse your current GPU and SSD's.

    For that budget it will be very hard to get something thats much better than what you have already. The CPU is holding back any modern GPU through, but maybe not quit the one you have atm.

    I would save up a bit more. Now a days it makes sense to go for like a 5600X / 16GB DDR4 and like a 6600xt for budget builds. If you want a great budget GPU 6700XT or maybe 3060 12GB. I think thats better value than most intel budget specifications. Later on can also upgrade to a 5800X3D CPU if you wanted too.

    Maybe you can find used PCs? I often see GREAT deals on facebook marketplace. Some of the pricing you see screams divorsed parents, people in need of quick money or kids/parents who has no clue. Like the system I mention in comments, but cheaper than what it would cost to build it yourself, and maybe only 1-3 year old.
