Can't figure the name of this addon, please help

I've seen TONS of ppl using this addon or similar and i would like to discover its name or a similar if possible.
Im talking about the health bar/ mana bar curved around your character. just as in this example:

don't know who it is, i just got the 1st persons SS that had it sorry for that. dont know if i've been sufficiently clear but its the sort of "brackets" im talking about around the character.
Please, if possible state the name of that addon and any other possibilities for that addon which you might think is better.

I believe that is ArcHud. Another good alternative is MetaHud. Hope this helps.

Can also try icehud, that should be on files.wowace.com

It can actually be anything with a HUD suffix. Lots of mods on it.
