"Celestial Focus" is on talent of the Balance three of my moonkin.
My question, the tooltip say`s, "Gives your Starfire and Starfall spells a 5%/10%/15% chance to stun the target for 3 sec. and increases your total spell haste by 1%/2%/3%". The 3% spellhaste are only aktive in the 3 sec. of stun or increases my spell haste the hole time?
The spellhaste should be always active. I agree that the wording isn't 100% clear, but the old version gave the interrupt resistance regardless of whether or not the target was stunned and it's worded the exact same.
yea, it would be stupid to have 3% haste ONLY after some lucky proc wording should be probably reversed "Increases your total spell haste by 1%/2%/3%. Also gives your Starfire and Starfall spells a 5%/10%/15% chance to stun the target for 3 sec." sound more clear imo
