3.02 Patch - Holy Paladin Specs for PvE and PvP

I didn't find a thread devoted to this, but, since the patch is "soon" (as in most likely early next week!) I'd like to see some solid builds for both PvE and PvP.

I suppose that we could also consider some "solid" leveling specs when WoTLK goes "live" in a month as well.

my two possible speccs for PVE heal endgame on LVL70 are:

PVE 70 Raid max crit

it misses 15% haste + beacon , but includes 8% crit and 10% lower manacosts for instants(shocks i.e.) => should be viable if mana is a problem or HL is mainspell

PVE 70 Raid Bacon+Haste

it misses 8%crit from retr , but includes 15% haste on judgement and beacon
