Well, your spec and gear tells us that you're in perfect shape. The only thing I'd change is the boots enchant, into icewalker, which will improve your white melee's hit chance, aswell as the crit. (RNG is RNG, so it's not actually any point changing them.)

Obvious gear issues, but not everyone plays their DK 24/7. Kinda funny weapon choice as far as looks go. Beating people upside the head with empty steins. But on the positive side they are slow DPS weapons. You're already leagues ahead of most Frost DK's!

Very nice gear and looks like you're doing well in ICC so far. 9.5/10, can't think of anything bad to say to you, other than maybe going for the t10 2p set for tanking, cause that can help out a bit on trash pulls as a Blood tank. ;D

Your expertise, Hit, and HP are a little on the low side. keep grinding those instances and it should be no problem at all. also replace your cape and seal of pantheon

I would love to get the belt from Sindragosa 25, and I just joined a new guild a couple of weeks ago and we downed LK this weekend so hopefully within the next couple of weeks, I'll have some 277 gear...Oh yeah, I used tier 10 legs to stay at expertise cap because sometimes I run DW frost, and it just helps A LOT!!

Very shiny gear, and an impressive armor penetration rating. Looking at your raid stats, you're obviously a pro. You probably put out, what, 7-8k DPS?

hmm interesting, you have gemmed +20 hit in your cloak, but you are well above the hit cap. Not a lot of experience in ICC25, but doing decently well in ICC10
You also don't gem for +4/6/8 strength socket bonuses in blue sockets, but you have in a yellow and a red socket. No +10 stats gem

Nice gear overall, just a few recomended upgrades/changes. Do H HoR for the 232 boots to replace those old 219s. Next, place the two Sovereign Dreadstones in your Chest and Waist, matching th sockets. Then, place Inscribed Ametrines in every yellow socket, with Bold Cardinal Rubies in the reds. The socket bonuses will far out do pure Str ( and that odd hit gem in your cloak).

Really not to bad, something i picked up right away was the fact your under hitcap. More hit = more threat.

The gem in your weapon should be a 10 hit 15 stam, and replace some exp gems till you get that hit cap, while exp is great as a tank hit is even more vital. Plus you seem to have some DPS gear on? So yeh can't say much about that. The tank gear does have good chants and what not.
