jewelcrafting and mining

so i was thinking of starting with jewelcrafting and mining.
When in max lvl will i get much money?
how will i make it ? and what is the best way to train them?
plz i need to know.

max them both out asap as this is where you'll make the most money. lvl mining by buying up the ore from the Ah and smelting it. expect to pay a bit of gold for this effort (1-3k).

Use Prospecting to get gems from the ore and then cut or sell these on the Ah to counter the gold you're spending on lvling the skills. Sell the bars on the Ah too, although you might not sell everything you make at the lower lvls.

Get to the JC daily asap and start collecting your tokens to buy some of the most wanted recipes, however the big sellers are going to be those that require rep. The Runed Scarlet Ruby from the Kirin Tor being a good example (these gems sell for 150g ea on my server)
