is my hit too high? should i dop some hit for sp or what i still miss some in 10 and 25 mans, was told 368 is to hit cap but i see ele shamans psoting they doing like 5k dps an have like 240 to hit?

14%. -3 if you have a spriest/boomkin. -1 if you're a squid

those with 249 hit probably are guys who get HIT buffood

u get 3% from talents, 3% from shadowpriest/moonkin thats all you need (11%) as horde shaman
