Mine atm after my guild forced me to update from my horrible old UI

Removed range indicators (circles on abilities) and the cast bar on Pitbull is now gone. Pitbull avatars are now 3D and the bars have a different texture & opacity. Will post an updated screen another time.

If a UI is getting in the way of performing your role, then I can understand them encouraging you to replace it.
If it jeopordised your position, then that could be seen as forcing, even if it was with good reason.

Was exaggerating with 'forced' - I knew I needed to update it anyway. It was a mess.

Alright, time for another update of my UI. Only 1 major change, and 2 minor ones. Comments and Criticism REQUESTED, but keep it constructive! If you're going to say "It Sucks", don't bother posting - point at issues and give useful feedback.

Major change - new UF's (still done with StUF). HP Borders are agro colored in groups/raids. Base UF design copied from screenies by Dawn on the WoWInterface forums. :>
Minor changes - BF skin (Svelte Square instead of Svelte), and kgPanels (stretched bottom line all the way across, added vertical lines - reduced total panels used by 2).

I like the construction and I like the design, but I would probably move Grid away and make it a lot smaller, since that's not your focus area. That would be even prettier.
