Sweet gear. Only thing i've to add is:
Get 10stats on your chest and Icewalker on your boots. EJ states that it's better EP then 16 Agi.

Spec seems fine, gear seems pretty decent (nice shoulders, been wanting them to drop for ages :<).

One thing I might change is the gemming. It is generally a loss to gem the socket bonus for blue sockets. General rule of thumb is to socket 1 10+ stats gem in your best blue socket, all your yellow either AP/Haste, AP/Hit, 20Haste or 20Hit (which ever the spreadsheet tells you is best) and obviously your reds with 40AP.

With that kept in mind, I'd look to move the 10+ stats gem to your chest (replacing the AP/Stam) and socketing the rest as mentioned above. Other than that, Id say 9/10 for your guilds progress. Good luck in ICC!

K i took your advice and i gemmed ArP, i have a baseline of 48% arp and when my trinket proc's i'm at 96%. and from what i read arp is a nice start for combat because most our damage comes from melee attacks that are effected by armor.

Even tho your gear is quite decent your stats are really poor, especially attack power, i personally think it was a mistake for you to go hard arpen cap, maybe only go arpen with red gem slots and leave others with atp or atp-haste, overall i'd say 7/10

Pretty sure that even with the poison changes, 51/18/2 is superior to 51/13/7, though by less than before. Work on your expertise. I understand that it isn't the end all with mutilate anymore, but it is still a viable stat to try and cap, though replacing all your gems for expertise is a bad idea. Maybe shoot for http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50001 but then your hit would be far above the cap....its a tough situation.

Your nightmare's tear is in a terrible spot...put it in your helm, and put two Stark Ametrine's in your boots. Or just Quick King's Amber if you are into that, but I lean towards Starks.

Do you find that you ever use rupture? If you do, you are doing it wrong, unless it is a 1cp one to kick off HfB. My personal choice is to lose Blood Spatter and take Fleet Footed. Then remove your Rupture glyph and take Tricks of the Trade to boost raid dps.

Change a few gems, change your spec, reglyph that one glyph and you should be set. Overall, not terrible, but spreadsheet sometime to maximize your gemming/speccing.

pretty nice gear. nevertheless, two things to improve:
change the +10stats gem in your legs with 40AP and put the +10stats gem in your helmet. The socket bonus is better. It would increase your agi by 2.

I'd change the foot enchant.you don't need extra crit with your gear due to the critcap. agi would be better for raw dps but I'd prefer 15stamina+movement speed. increases your dps A LOT on many encounters.

About my glpyh, i've been too lazy to replace it and am slowly moving my orcish arse to auction house to get fok one.
My gemming is good, i've got more then enough haste to be able to go for more atp.
About the chest, i've seen it drop, was at 470hit rating at that time, so didn't bother to bid on it at all, i'd take it now if i saw it drop because even tho it'd take me over the hit i would gain some stats with it.
My spec is ok also, i've tried 51/18/2 and it lowered my dps for 300 or so before nerf so i don't find myself conftrable with that spec and the one i'm using is serving me good enough to be topping meters so i'm not planning on changing it at all.

I like this rogue. nice gear and nice gems/enchants. not much i can say about you or try to help you out looks like your doing a good job at keeping yourself in line lol. ill give this rogue a 9.5. outa 10. the other .5 i left off cause your combat =) lol. I<3 ya still but i prefer muti.

you sir have LOTS of hit (and precision) and LOTS of expertise as well, but it may be a matter of some gearing issues. perhaps your mut set is better but you logged out as combat so... def seems like a gear issue 6/10

EDIT checked again saw some missing gem slots and no enchants in many pieces so... perhaps log out in mut lol

Over capped Expertise with Gems for it. after 26/26 its not worth anything
Unenchanted MH, If you're going for AP Gemming go with crusher to gloves, and AP or Icebreaker to boots
Purple gem in the shoulders. t9.232 is kinda lacking, specially since the 245 badge shoulders are a good deal better. Should go for 1 Nightmare Tear(+10 to all stats) to activate your meta and the rest orange/red

Lastly Herkumi War Totem would probably have been a bigger upgrade for badges considering it is absolutely awesome and your trinkets are a little lacking

your gear is immaculate except your are well under where you should be for Arpen Cap. You need 1400 and you have, only 531 passive and 678 from NES putting you at 1209. Remember, Faerie Fire and Sunders are NOT calculated into the Arpen calculations for you. Your Arpen is calculated after Faerie Fire and sunders. You may want to consider getting a pair of maces for an added 10%

There is a ton of gear out there with plenty of Arpen to help you cap out. You have a lot of mixed and matched combat/mutilate gear and it seems you cannot decide which way to you want to play with.

Just watch your crit cap carefully, if you ever find yourself in trouble of reaching that cap - there is a piece of gear out there that will take care of it!

Holy hell. Lose some hit and expertise bro, seriously. You are WAY, WAY over expertise capped right now. The chest piece you are using has to be a downgrade from whatever you had previously...it's expertise literally has 0 effect on your DPS. Whats with this gem half agi/half AP crap. Go all AP. I do not envy your current gearing situation...

The over-expertise is to line me up to lose Vengeance of the Forsaken, putting me at exactly 26 expertise. The gemming, well, I'm not regemming old gear for a .01% increase, it can wait for new drops.
