i was actually talking to my friend about that, he said if i were to go straight ArP gemming my dps would go down but your best bet would be to run a spreadsheet :-) ( my friends runs spreadsheets for me, he plays a rogue too ) =D

Only thing that striked my eyes was that you alternated between Expertise and Agility gems, not sure whether that's a mistake though, as i haven't taken a look at Mut for what seems ages.

That aside, i somewhat loathe you for the gear you possess... (Lost Drape of the Faceless this id to a Ret-Paladin and the Bracers to a Feral...)

Whoa! Big mistake in off hand weapon choice it is way to slow to be in your off hand. You need to get something like a dagger that is about 1.4 speed, but using a 2.6 speed weapon in the offhand is a poor choice.

Rengand: You have far too little hit. You want to shoot for 273 fully raid buffed, or 317 I believe for groups without a shadowpriest or a druid. You are also over the expertise cap, but sometimes there is nothing you can do with that. Perfect spec, good weapons. I would recommend dropping FotFF for a Grim Toll or Pyrite Infuser to push you up to the hit cap. If it is available, Blood of the Old God could also work. Other than that, just upgrade your valorous tier8 to conquerors and you should be set!

Not sure whether you just mixed up a number, but it's 210 with Draenei+Shadowpriest/Moonkin, 237 without Dranei but with Shadow/Moonkin, 289 with Dranei but without Shadow/Moonkin and 315 without all of them.

About your equip, as far as I can see from your Sig:
Change the gem in your shoulders, should be an Agi/Crit one.
Get Greatness or another trinket that's better then MoT, there're several.
Exchange that one Scarlet Ruby for a Cardinal.

Arec, you're pretty low on expertise, missing about 11 more expertise, that doesn't mean rating. I'm not exactly sure how much rating you want but it's around 212, also try to get a faster OH.

Puma, the chest I would probably go for both Agi gems since you have enough hit, still wanna check spreadsheet though. Another thing I can't quite understand is the +6 stats on belt when you could put a +20 agility.

On the contrary, minor speed is very useful in raids, which is why many of the best rogues -- and players -- in the world use it. Just off the top of my head, the following fights benefit from minor speed (just in Ulduar alone): Razorscale, XT, Algalon, Iron Council, Auriaya, Hodir, Thorim, Freya, Mimiron and Yogg. Him having that boot enchant is no accident and it's certainly not sub-par to Icewalker -- I'd consider it stronger than Icewalker, assuming you are at the poison cap.

As for your armory, obviously you'll want to be getting all epic gems replaced in your gear, and also replace that 8 Agility + 12 Stamina gem with a + 10 all stats gem. And looking at your spec, I'd recommend taking the one point out of Endurance and putting it into Throwing Specialization for the FoK interrupt; this is very useful on fights such as Razorscale, Thorim and even Yogg. Everything else seems fine for the gear you have had access to.

This is because you need a blue -- or prismatic, in this case -- to activate the meta gem. At first I thought you just forgot that JC prismatic gems had lost their prismatic quality in 3.2, but then I checked his armory and he's not even a JC. Plain and simple, if he put in a +20 agility gem his meta wouldn't work...
