Exorcism 1.5 cast, same CD or no CD?

Lets say, to a healer, not targeting pally attacker

    Hammer,
    Exorcism 1.5s,
    Judge,
    (stun ends),
    DS,
    Hand of Reckoning,
    CS,
hopefully art of war proc -> Exorcism,
    Hand-Mounted Pyro Rocket(engineering)

looks like a lot of instant damage

Well if Exorcism's cooldown is removed, then yea that's a lot of burst, but chances are it's not removed otherwise the AoW change would be so fricken OP for us that it would immediately get nerfed anyway.

Hand of reckoning does damage only when the taunt effectively hit, players are immune to taunt and will receive no damage from HoR.
This is not in the patch, is right that in the game, since 1 or 2 patches.
Exorcism will not have cooldown reduced so this post is another ,with wrong bases, whine post of someone who doesn't know how this game works and still pretend to open a thread in a forum to let his random thoughts free.

if it gets no cd . then they;ll probably increase the cast time ...

it will be as efficient as trying to spam Smite on someone (given X amount of sp)

    (/agree with post above^)

well, you can use rep instead of hammer as start, if healer trinket rep, that healer is basically a noob.
u dont have to have dot on healer, use SoC instead of SoV for pvp.

Read the tooltips of HoR in new patch, if you have tested in PTR, its a misleading tooltip, if you havent, shut ur hole up.

Read the title, that was a question, learn to read first.

A pally with no Arena XP, no PVP spec who thought he knew more than others and whining about people should not post anything in forum? lol

Hand of Reckoning damage was negligible back when it could still be used on players, it most likely will still be negligible.
Hand of Reckoning deals no damage to players, as they are immune to the taunt effect.

... though I still think that when players are taunted, they see the class that taunted them as a bright red

People here may not like WAR, but one of the good things they did in that game was making taunt useful in PvP.

Just so no one ask "WHAT DOES TAUNT IN WAR DO", when a tank taunts a target, it will interrupt any building action they are building (such as a spell or special melee skill), and the taunted target will take 3% more damage from all of your attacks for 15s, or until they hit you three times.

It works well in WAR due to its 15s cooldown and the fact it takes action points, which in WoW would mean rage/mana/rune or RP. Having taunt require any resources in WoW would really mess up the PvE aspect of the game.
