    they had it on any target then made it non-player guess they are going back to all targets again.

    I know well that they stealth hotfixed it in an ugly way a week after 3.1. But then again, when the PTR notes came out and they made Exorcism a 1.5 sec cast and instant when Art of War procs, they also allowed it to be used on Players again.

    But now this is one of the new PTR Build notes, the latest one.. and that was mentioned again. I mean, what is going on exactly?
