Libram of Valiance, NO CD Confirmed On live..

Since Many Paladins have been Wondering if Libram of Valiance would have gotten an Internal CD when 3.2 got live, i got a GM to Confirm it...

There is NO Internel CD on the Libram on live atm... So its pretty much a Passive 200 Stre, which is so awesome!

Likelyhood though, is that it IS intended. They don't work in the same way as trinkets in that it's random and has an ICD. Librams are the unique slot of the class, and as such, are designed to provide more of a benefit, than a trinket that had the same bonus.

I really hope you're right. We'll see though, GC is usually pretty quick with hotfixing paladins. If it's not intended, i'd expect a post about "Libram slapping"( : ) or something like this very soon.

Great news! This thing was easily a 300-400 dps gain for me on the PTR before they took it away. I can't wait until I have it on Live.

At least Blizzard can design ret paladin librams well, the new Holy one is a PoS in my opinion, a chance to proc more SP with holy light. I wouldn't trade that for the heroism libram is someone held a gun to my head.

When i was playing on the ptr it had literally 100% uptime after my first proc for the entire 10 minute dummy dps test.

Its a great libram and hands down any paladins biggest upgrade right off the bat.

I seriously don't understand what's even the use for that terrible libram. If you like HL spamming, you're gonna use the libram that reduces HL cost, if you like FoL spamming, you're gonna use the PVP libram which is a lot better than that one, and a lot cheaper and easier to obtain as well.

Considering no one has the 25 EoT to buy this yet, therefore no one has used it yet, therefore non-ret paladin QQ hasn't started yet......I would suggest getting this thing as soon as you get your 25 EoT(I know its the first thing I'm buying) and use it before it gets changed. Here's hoping it doesn't though.

Do you keep Light's Grace up? While not everyone can get the pvp libram, this one isn't as bad as YOU say!

swapping librams resets the swingtimer and the librams icd. it's always a dps loss.
