I would say the same thing if every other classes relic for this tier didn't act the same way. They all have essentially 100% uptime.

DK's sigil is constantly up for 200 str also. Their buff even lasts longer. Every relic has the exact same amount of stats for their itemization. Whether Ret pallies gain more from Str than say DK's I don't know, but thats not a problem with the libram, thats a class issue.

Edit: Also, the libram only gives it's bonus on single target fights, since for AoE, we won't be using Vengeance most likely. Every other relic gives bonuses regardless of the type of fight

OMG I spooged my pants when I got this last night. Did 7k dps on steelbreaker too, this libram is the shit. A static 460 AP, beats the hell outta pvp librams. Best libram EVER!

Libram proc + Beserk proc + Greatness proc + Pyrite Infuser proc + BoM + BoK= fucking insane. It is so awesome. Only raid buffs I had were BoM and BoK. When all of my things proc'd I was at ~8k AP. This was just me auto attacking a dummy til I saw all of them proc and recorded my AP from my character sheet. I cant wait to use this on General on thursday.

And i was all:

"I would care if I wasn't only going to be considering wearing 1 or 2 pieces of tier gear"

I'm the raider who thinks like this:

I don't want this tier gear because I'd rather have X piece from this boss.

"ZOMG TEAR GEAR MUST HAVE 5/5 SO I CAN LOOK KEWL IN DAL"

Thats kinda lame, considering no one has 45-75 EoT to use with their Trophy, if you've had it drop already. We've had 2 drop, 1 last week, 1 this week.
