Is it just me, or is blizz just messing with us...
I say this cuz there was an abundance of tanking gear with hit rating on it in Ulduar, and now for ToC, there are very few...theres the crafted bracers out of 25man, and the bracers out of 10man. the only other piece of gear with hit on it is the warr t9 legs, which are put with block value...not saying block value is bad, im just saying that those 2 stats paired together makes it an unattractive piece to get...
