Can't see your total hit Eden but it doesn't look like there's anything wrong.

I changed some stuff out. Tried to go for as little reforges as possible while still being efficient, but kind-of uncomfortable being at only 2105 mastery. I think it's overall better than my previous setup though.

you only have 2 JC gems in, replace one of your gems with anothor +67.
your wrists are enchanted with +50 hit, replace that with +50 str.
your below hit cap by about 110 points even with enchants and gems, reforge some of your gear to hit, instead of mastery. hit cap is 961.

8/10 now. Much much better. Though, any reason besides not having the rep to not go get the epic belt from hyjal? Good 359 belt will replace that 346 really fast, since the rep is easy to get.

looks pretty good ^ . just under 8% hit but not a biggie. I would say in terms of improving for firelands would be trying to upgrade your pieces to heroic versions. But other than that your looking good 8/10.

You can probably change reforging slightly to get even closer to the 8% hit. Otherwise looks good to me.
