Alright, so I've been out of the raiding scene since our guild got the alliance server first kill on YS; I was raiding as heals / DPS back then. Now, I've been playing as a tanky type since I started playing again, about a week or two ago, but haven't done much in terms of raiding.

Any tanks out there willing to look at my gear, give me constructive feedback, and an idea of what content I should be running?

What's up with the new Ony? What are the gear requirements like?

guess you could just start doing the tournament 5man instance (i think trial of the champion that is) - there is plenty of good tanking gear there, the trinket from normal mode is really nice as well and tanking heroic should be no big deal with that gear of yours.

Try and get the double stam trinks off the brewfest boss b4 its over (ending very soon), run toc 5 man, toc 10 on normal, and ony on both diffs(the gear requirement is very low),and a toc 25 normal if your server has some pugs, even if its as a healer - just for extra badges

With that gear you're set for Ulduar 10, I'd say. At the very least. You'd be able to make a nice dent in Ulduar 25 as well.

I've got both Stamina trinkets, I'm just not def capped if I drop my Def trinket. I wasn't sure which would benefit me more, dodge vs HP, so I've got them all.

You should be able to PuG 10 and 25 man ToC. I know several groups on my server clear it every week and I've been along for some of them and there is usually a few people who are being carried. That place is seriously a joke, even 10 man hard modes are PuGable.

Replace your Dodge trinket with a Stam one. Your health is a bit low and that will be the first thing people look at so try to get it up as high as you can.
