Hallow's End starts tonight and the Headless Horseman items were all updated to ilvl 200.

Note - This is only a list of the updated loot, of course the Mount and the Pet still drop from him.

Blizz should up those ilevels up a good 13+ points. Also, add a teleport to SM thingy, that'd be nice to have.

Surprised to see ilevel 200. Normally Blizzard is pretty good about making the loot relevant. Not even alts will be interested in that stuff, besides the vanity items that is.
