That was always the intent with the arena sets, clearly stated by blizzard.. they start with a base model (savage) and improve it every tier. Don't complain, it's better than arena gear being copies of pve gear... Originally Posted by Nol621

Good Paladin-look and all. But since PVP-sets requires redicioulus ratings, amounts of both arena points and honor. I'll have to live with my deadly pvp set as a "casual" pvper. Arenas makes me go claustrophobic (spell?).
World PVP owns though. Not WG nor BG's. Just pure world ganking! WG/BG is for honor/mark farming, world pvp is for fun!-.-

I guess I am the only who didn't like it.
Also the huge shoulders would help from side attacks if you are not already wearing a 5-inch thick plate helmet...
