There weren't any bugs, what people are complaining about is that blizzard didn't listen to everyone who had any sense saying that dks, rogues and warlocks were going to be overpowered during the months of ptr testing, and instead let the monstrosities they had created go live and had to hotfix them afterwards.

If they had just listened none of this would have been necessary.
