PSP, worth getting?

Hey guys, i used to have a PSP a cpl of years ago but i remember selling it to get some extra cash somewhere along the line because it didn't have many good games out yet.

Now, my dumb @ss is regretting it and wants to pick one up again, but i am still unsure about the game selection and pricing (which i could easily google i know... i just wanted to use this new forum lol)

I guess my question is, whats your opinion on the PSP, is it worth picking up?

And if i do decide to get one , what games would you recommend? Thanks!

Wait for the next Playstation Portable to be announced before getting one. I'm quite positive Sony will announce their new handheld at the upcoming E3 Game Expo. After that happens, prices will go down for the original PSP.

So you can either spend a small amount of money on the PSP, or wait until the newer one is released.

If you do decide on buying another PSP, I suggest you fiddle with the firmware and save yourself some money on the games.
