I wouldn't call this poll too competent. In addition to jazz and funk you are missing at least metal, soul, blues, reggae, punk, dance, electronic, folk music, country, pop, soundtrack/filmscore...

Also, you should chance "opera" just in to classical music.

I know this is your poll, but keeping it as it is now doesn't really tell anything...

Rock music is imho the only thing worth listening to (and thereby also metal, which is a heavier kind of rock).
You should really just remove the 'Rock' option and put sub-genres there instead. Where's prog, for example?

I don't really know the difference between hip hop and rap is.. But I like to listen to alot of hard rock type stuff and I have a few cool non-ganster rappers I listen too.

Oh, someone other than me actually chose soundtracks... maybe it was a misclick or something...

Anyway, the "rock&metal" crowd is getting on my nerves constantly! Considering themselves unique snowflakes, nonconformists, rebels... bah, in their own delusions.
They apply their terms to music in general. Every single piece of music is a song to them!
e.g.
- Hey, that Imperial March there is a great song!
- It's not a song, moron! You hear anyone *singing* there?!

And of course the constant "what band do you listen to?" question! No, I don't listen to any stinkin' bands!
