possible solution for lowering ninja looting

VOA 25 . There is one warrior in the raid who is noob geared who the rest of the raid bullied . He sees some T10.5 drop for him. The entire raid but a couple of people decline just to be harsh and deny him this item that only he can use because he is a "Noob". It just wouldnt work

personally, it think a better way would be:

upon creating a raid and entering the instance (with all the raid / group) a dialogue box appears on screen to the RL where he states the rules. when he has entered the desired rules all players will receive a ready check like box and will have to accept the rules or be auto kicked.

i think it would be a pretty nifty idea.

This is a much better way. Especially a lot better than the OP. It would give Blizz a way to actually track ninjas too.
