Hemo Debuff Raid Viability

I know that for personal dps, subtlety is still not considered on par with the other specs.

My question is in a 25 man raid, would the added dps from the hemo debuff to your group ever make up for the personal dps loss?

Not really iirc.
It used to be "ok", but since it scales so poorly (read: not at all, unless you include crit) it's just not worth your time.
