Really depends on how you look at it.
Some things ye, but others outweight it.
the time warp can be viewed as an indirect shaman nerf.
primal strike can be viewed as an indirect nerf for ele shaman at low levels.
and so on... really, if you are a bit creative, you can find nerfs.

Even if lets say... paladins got fear, interupt, and charge it wouldnt mean they would be OP. Yes, it would be OP if it was implemented today but things will cahnge in cataclysm. So yelling "Thats too OP" is just retarded. You have no idea if it will be OP in the expansion,

You seem to be new to this game, so I will explain it to you:
Your own class will always be nerfed to the ground while others will be buffed to infinity.
If you reroll, they will nerf your new main and buff the class you just abandoned.
i'd bet a large amount that divine storm will be changed to hit an unlimited amount of targets for 50% weapon dmg instead of 4 as essentially it is just a whirlwind.
i expect crusader strike to become learn able at level 4, as the other tanks will all have such an ability, warriors new heroic strike, druids new (insert drood hcstrike name here), deathknights deathcoil and other stuff,
and i also expect hammer of hitting 3 mobs to become only useful for aoe tanking, and so being replaced in tank rotation by crusader strike.
i'm guessing pala tank mastery will be % dmg absorb, vengeance, and something like making ardent defender stronger or so, as it seems to be the pala tanking thing like warriors critical block.

oh yeah all the other melees are getting an of the gcd interrupt so hf with that :>
rogues were nerfed with cheapshot sharing dr with other stuns, and with warriors getting gushing wound
warrior's whirlwind was nerfed for single target dps, probably bladestorm too as bladestorm is 1 whirlwind and then another every second for 6 sec, even says so in combat log.
druids might consider tree having an uptime duration as in pvp a druid out of tree form is a dead druid ATM
hunters as far as it looks right now were nerfed in pvp by focus as if it stays as 6 focus per sec and 1 aimed shot for 60 focus, that means hunter will have to wait ages in between shots, you can't steady shot in arena no time cuz kiting
everyones mortal strike effects are nerfed to 20% but that is not really a real nerf if everyone has it.
The nerfs are going to be in the details. Consider resto druids, all their hots will now be hasted and will crit, yet apparently it won't be possible to raid heal just by spamming rejuv & WG (according to GC at least)
That can only mean that rejuv is going to heal for a heck of a lot less compared to currently, or be a lot more expensive.
Previews always sound good, they focus on new spells, new mechanics etc - the ugly stuff comes out later.
We will get a new heal that heals more than a Flash and less than a Holy Light bla bla bla mana usage bla bla bla use this as the main heal bla bla bla.
Something will be done to our auras because they are horribly useless.
Divine Shield and Avenging Wrath will once again be put on a shared CD or something because everyone hates Ret.
Ret might receive an Interrupt, and if all stars align perfectly, maybe a slow.
Something or other will be nerfed. Divine Storm and HoTR and Seal of Crusader are likely candidates.
Crusader Strike will hopefully be made low level baseline because hahaha paladin levelling sucks
Illumination will likely be changed to % passive regen to make us wear spirit items. This means holy paladins will also have to wear leather+cloth. It's balanced though, because there is always Divine Shield!
Divine Plea CD will be increased.
Divine Favour will be reworked making it a burst CD instead of one crit heal.
Something or other will dispel Divine Shield now.
etc etc. ad inf. ad absurdum.
if palas and droods both get an off the gcd interrupt just so that it is easier to do 5 mans, arena is sure going to be fun for healers ._. 2 melees on you both can do an interrupt in pretty much any setup that exists :x

1) Paladins are given another short-cooldown melee ability
2) Divine Storm is no longer the end talent for Ret
The difference is that Divine Storm is the end talent for the Retribution Tree for a Paladin, and Whirlwind is just another ability learned at level 36 for a Warrior. Also, Warriors have 20 million other single-target melee abilities. Sure, Whirlwind is really good for them right now, even on single targets, but if you take it away, they still have other abilities they can use.
Retribution Paladins have Judgment and Crusader Strike as their other single-target melee abilities. That's it. If you include ALL of their abilities that they will always use for single-target damage, Divine Storm is of 27% of their rotation. That'd be like making Arcane Missiles suddenly cause 50% damage for Arcane Mages.
The 16th will be a scary day on Mmo-Champ. For we paladins are a vengeful people...
