Holy/Disc goes Holy/Shadow

Hey guys,

until now i was a double heal specced priest but due to the fact that i always play as holy i thought about dropping disc and speccing shadow.
i raid ICC 10/25 on a regular basis but usually with pug groups. i am 11/12 icc10 and 10/12 icc25 (sometimes i get invited to raidgroups who need 1 healer).
what are my goals for a set of good shadow equip?

here is what i think:

1. spell hit cap (11%)
2. 4pc t10
3. dropping more and more heal gear for pure dps gear (taken from shadowpriest.com list)

the only thing i wanna know is if 4pc t10 ist on higher priority than getting other dps gear?
i have absolutely no experience as spellpower based dps class (only played DK Tank/DPS and Druid Heal in the past)

Basically holy gear is really similair to the shadow gear you want - just switch some pieces to get your hit cap and your gear is very 'fine' for offspecc gear.
