I'll usually sap, sap, sap CS, KS, blind just to be annoying as possible.
Then I'll just garrote and run away as they die. (lower level players)

If someone is stealing "my" mining deposit, quest objective (whatever among those lines), then yes - red is dead.
I'm going "maybe".
the "pve hero" thing just made me realise you are a PvP retard, ill stay away from this thread....
(dont get me wrong im ~70% PvP)

It depends. I usually let other shamans live, and will only gank lowbies or people with shite gear (judged by their HP/visible gear) if extremely bored or angry. Equal levelled/well geared characters are fair game and I'll often let them know I'm there before opening up.
Fights are always more fun when fought on equal ground.
I'll engage the target and see what happens. If it puts up a good, honest fight, I'll usually let it go and maybe throw in a /salute so it knows I won't be camping.
If it kills me, I'll rezz and try to get revenge. If I keep losing I'll run. Kind of hypocritical, but I only leave if I know fighting will end in defeat.
If it annoys me (emote spamming, trying to run etc) or fits in the list below, I'll do my best to force it to spirit rezz.
I generally gank alone. 1v1-3 is usually pretty fun. Any more and I'll avoid it.
If the victim brings reinforcements, I'll gather my own.
Had a few really fun battles start out when a gank victim gets his friends and I get mine.
Exceptions:
- If you're on Stalker's KoS list (most PvP oriented Alliance guilds are these days) I'll hunt you down regardless of level.
- If your name/guild name annoys me. People with names like "Imbapala" deserve eradication.
- You attack me first or gank my alts. Gank me once and I'll ignore it, again and I get my main.
- Gnomes. I just can't resist.
- If you're standing in a vulnerable position (on a cliff, next to the edge of Outlands, edge of Wintergrasp). Knocking people off things is a guilty pleasure.
Fun story involving the last point: someone ganked my rogue repeatedly in Hellfire, on that area with the voidwalkers. I fetched my shaman and camped the ganker (a 70-something hunter) for 5 rezzes or so. An ICC geared paladin then showed up (I assume it was its main) and runs up to my elemental shaman who is standing right on the edge of Outlands. Best gank revenge ever.
If its a Dwarf, I leave them alone unless they attack me first. If its a Paladin, Fury Warrior, Rogue or female character I do everything I possibly can to kill them. Everyone else, it just depends on my mood.
I play on a Rppvp server.. Ive been on other servers.. But thats my home.. The server I always end up on in the end!
Red = Dead.. Has always been like that and always will on my server! Bah I want to go kill people that duel outside Stormwind now!
Are you sexist? I understand that most people who play female characters are male in real life but seriously? That is the most baffling reason to KoS I've ever heard.Originally Posted by drulz
Red is dead comes from something way better than WoW pvp.
It depends on how bored I am or if I'm like doing a quest and wanna get that done fast.
And this is how you get your post count up (see above)Originally Posted by Spectro

i just cant wait until cata when a lot of people are actually gonna be questing so i can do some ganking. i rarely meet a red but when I do i thrust my axe into his skull
I personally play on a pve server and anytime I see someone pvp enabled:
1) lmao
2) Equip pvp gear
3) /target enemy player
/slap
4) cast VT
5) woot! HK ;D
I play on a PvP server. Now, generally speaking, I like to do my own thing. I leave others alone, I have stuff to take care of.
If I see it, it's fine. If I see it attack someone, I help that person. If it attacks me, I kick it's teeth into the dirt and camp it's ass.
So, I answered maybe. It depends on what they wanna do.

I'll find classes that can dispel UA, and dot them up with it.
I keep my pet on passive, and try to make it look like a mob did it to him.
Hilarity ensues when they (in their minds) do the smart thing and dispel it.

Don't understand why people say there are so few people outside of cities today?
I'm currently leveling my 4th character to 80 (71 atm) and have seen lots and lots of people during this long journey.
Only crappy zones like Desolace were pretty much... desolated. While leveling in Nagrand for example there were usually around 30 people in the zone leveling up, and more than enough red's to kill.
Yes, I generally kill red's whenever I see them. Alliance scumbags.
What is worth fighting for?
I'm going with maybe.
I only gank if im having a bad day. I'm like a freakin wasp when it comes to those lowbies with pvp on. If they buzz around me long enough I will kill em.
"Red is Dead" is what i generally go by but im not going to go out of my way to gank a lowbie just because hes there, i go for the people who give me honor .
if i´m on my shaman : depends on enemy how i act
if i´m on my rogue : i´ll attack
