Too much hit

I recently got my ele sham to 80 and started gearing her out this week. I noticed i had over 400 hit rating after this week, without gemming for any of it. Since im alliance my hit cap is somewhere around 272 i believe. Does anyone know a good way to get rid of some of this hit via upgrades or otherwise? I feel like im missing out on some dps here. P.S i know i'm not enchanted for the most part and im using blue gems , its an alt :P

Get another weapon and trinket or specc out of elemental precision

But it's not like extra hit hurts you, it's just a waste of itemization-points.
Try to get surgeons needle + the shield from Heroic and normal Pit of Saron respectively.
Try to get Nevermelting Ice Crystal from Heroic Pit of Saron.
