To 1800 2s is just...faceroll.
If you have a good comp it's even easier.

Play 5s the day before maintenance and queue against PvE heroes, 2k+ rating without effort (with scrubs on your team).

The hardest part with 5s is organizing times for everyone to be online at.

2 v 2 is the easiest, and I will give you the real reason.

It is not balanced well. At all.

AND because of this fact, EVERYONE has at least 1 comp that is unbalanced...

Meaning you can get to ratings you could never get playing fair.

SO, just find out what you want to play, and then find the suitable partner, and giggle your way to 1800.

PLUS - 2v2 is way more fun to play anywho.

2vs2 is good if you have a decent partner. 3vs3 is moderately difficult, and 5vs5 is pretty unforgiving.

def 2v2 i reached 2k rating on my dk in full pve 245 gear with a resto shammy partner i facerolled thru double dps and healr dps combos

I ran double holy pally to 1500 in 2's, that's how pathetic that bracket is. Now i'm runing DK/Holy... and its still stupidly easy, the only time we lose is A) if the other team has a resto druid on it (fuck druids) or b) i fall asleep for more than 5 minutes.
