NoScript doesnt protect you from that, except if you block absolutely all the JS on all the pages.

I've got it allowed for root site access though, so if it was embedded in mmoc itself it might have had a chance to run.

It's good practice to simply get rid of anything adobe made from your computer.
Most specifically the Adobe flash, and adobe acrobat. Near and around 90% of current day virus infections on the internet occur through those bits of software.

Can't give you a time, don't tell them but it's very likely that 90% of the users had no way to be infected because of how we cache files. All the JS files are on Limelight and our caching settings are set to "cache indefinitely". Basically, only people who downloaded the JS files (= didn't have them cached), on a few Limelight servers, over a fairly small period, got infected. And for most of them it's just a matter of cleaning up a spyware.
