I hope that's in the level 70 bracket... or you just said you were impressed with yourself for killing a blue/green geared PVE dwarf.

Edit: just saw your image - it's level 80. You notice how you, a MAGE (lowest health pool of any class) have 24k health? It's pathetic to say you killed a 15K hp dwarf 10 times.
