So with the pushback of the RS opening due to blizzard wanting all guilds worldwide to have a chance at world first kill, I don't understand why they would release it on a day when servers will be down for 24hrs, or is it opening the following day (Wednesday)?

They want the Battle.net incorporation to be stable everywhere before they open RS. US realms got 3.3.5 last week, other places will most likely get it tomorrow. Once it's stable everywhere, RS will open

European Servers have their maintenance usually on Wednesday from 02:00am - 11:00am. So i am not sure if it WILL be open up tomorrow for everyone. Maybe rather on Thursday.
